New Alternators
A special care is given is given to the buses and industrial vehicles
range, for wich our firm can boast a first rate experience due
to many years of cooperation with private and public transport
firms.
Since 1996, we are producing new Bosch type alternators, suitable
to the original ones for MAN, MERCEDES BENZ, FIAT IVECO, SCANIA,
KASSBOHRER, SETRA vehicles, power 55/80/90/100/120/140 Amp.(
series 0 120 468 ..., 0 120 469 ..., T1 0 120 689 ...)
We have at our disposal the complete range of adaptable spare
parts, perfectly suitable tu the originals.
Every alternators is CE branded, DPR 547 of 24.04.55 and
following modifications certified and in accordance to CEI EN
60204-1 of 89/391/CEE and 94/44/CEE and 93/68/CEE vehicle laws.
The articles are provided with a conformity declaration and a
maintenance and use booklet.

Rebuilt Alternators
and Starters Motor
The range includes a high number of articles in order to satisfy
the greatest number of needs on the market. We are able to rebuild
any kind of alternators, generators and starters motor even of a
given up production , for old cars or we can modify them for particular
applications.
All our products are rebuilded with extreme care. Every unit is
disassembled in each singular detail and every par goes trough a
mechanic and electrical tets, All the damaged parts are discarded
and substituited with new units, assembled in our firm.
Bearing, bushings, oil seals, brishes need to be new assembled in
the 100% of the cases, while the other components need to be new
replaced in the 80% of the cases. All the units are washed and shot
blasted and eventually varnished. At the end, every singular unit
is tested on modern test buches.
Our operative departement assure the application of procedures provided
by machine laws with CE brand for every work.
